B2B collections
Collections that
follow through.
Alder works the aging ledger account by account. It finds out who is slow, who is stuck, and who never received the invoice, then follows up until it clears.

Why it gets stuck
Reminders on a schedule don’t collect cash.
The same email for everyone
Generic dunning goes out whether the customer is disputing, waiting on a PO, or has already paid.
Promises that slip
“It’s on Friday’s payment run” gets noted somewhere, then nobody checks on Friday.
The wrong contact
Follow-ups go to a shared AP inbox, or to a contact who left months ago.
Replies that sit
The customer answers with a question or asks for a document, and the thread goes cold.
Aging without context
The ledger shows days past due, not what has actually happened on the account.
No time for the long tail
The team works the biggest balances and the rest age quietly past terms.
How Alder handles it
Collections is customer-facing from day one, so Alder earns it in stages. It starts read-only on your ledger, shows you the queue and the drafts, and nothing reaches a customer until you have signed off on how it sounds.
Reads the account
Before writing anything, Alder checks the invoice, previous replies, and attachments.
Sorts each balance
Genuinely slow, stuck, disputed, or never received. Each gets a different next step instead of the same reminder.
Follows up in the thread
Follow-ups go out in the original email thread, in the tone you set, and keep going until the invoice clears.
Holds every promise to pay
When a customer says Friday’s payment run, Alder checks the bank feed on Friday and follows up if the payment didn’t land.
Escalates on real signals
Past terms with no response, a broken promise, a silent account: Alder escalates by your rules and brings you in when judgment is needed.
How we deploy
We observe your workflow before an agent writes anything.
Your data is never used to train models, ours or anyone's.
Deployed inside your VPC or cloud account when required.
Every action an agent takes is logged, attributable, and reversible.
Questions
How is Alder different from dunning software?
Dunning software sends reminders on a schedule. Alder reads each account first, works out why the invoice is late, and acts on the cause: a missing PO, a stalled approval, a dispute, or a contact who left. It also tracks promises to pay and follows up when they are missed.
Does Alder track promises to pay?
Yes. When a customer commits to a payment date, Alder records it, checks the bank feed on that day, and follows up in the original thread if the payment has not arrived.
Will Alder email my customers without approval?
No. You set tone, escalation, and approval rules once, and anything that touches a customer waits for your approval. Every deployment starts read-only.
Which email and accounting systems does Alder work with?
Alder works with Gmail and Outlook for email, and with accounting and ERP systems including NetSuite, SAP, and QuickBooks.
How quickly can we see results?
Alder starts with one workflow on your own volume. The effect on DSO is measurable within the first month.
See which balances are collectible.
Thirty minutes on your open balances: where the days are going, and which of them are actually collectible. Bring an aging summary if you have one.
